Adult ADHD Evaluation

If you've been wondering whether ADHD might explain longstanding difficulties with attention, organization, or follow-through, a comprehensive evaluation can help sort through the possibilities.

My approach is designed to do more than determine whether you meet criteria for a diagnosis. ADHD symptoms can overlap with a number of other factors, so I use a structured, evidence-based process to understand your concerns in context and identify the most likely explanation for what you're experiencing.

Evaluations typically include a clinical interview, standardized questionnaires and testing, review of relevant records when available, a written report, and a collaborative feedback session. Recommendations are individualized and may include treatment options and appropriate accommodations for work or school.

Focused Therapy

Sometimes the problem isn't something that needs to be “fixed.” You may be adjusting to a new diagnosis, living with a chronic health condition, dealing with pain or fatigue, or struggling with sleep. Therapy can provide space to make sense of those experiences while finding practical ways to move forward.

I provide focused, individualized therapy for adults navigating:

  • New or chronic medical conditions

  • Chronic pain and fatigue

  • Insomnia and other sleep difficulties

My approach draws primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to your needs and goals.
